Real Estate brokerage is looking for a full-time or part time(3-4 days) bookkeeper.
*Must have bookkeeping working experience
Organizing and filing documents
Paying Bills and Monthly Expenses
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Assistance with Accountant for Income Tax Preparation (year-end)
Fill in for the office receptionist as needed
Other special projects and responsibilities as assigned
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
Outstanding organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Real Estate software (Dotloop, Yardi and Lonewolf) is an asset
-Previous real estate experience is an asset
-Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
